About In Pencil Studio

In Pencil Studio began with a little girl who loved stories of hope. From the time I can remember, I immersed myself in imaginary worlds where hope was alive and light shone into darkness. I then sought to bring that same hope and light into the everyday world around me.

Today, In Pencil Studio offers original artwork created with watercolors, acrylics, pencil, and more, inspired by the simple, gentle whimsy of classic children’s book illustrations—quiet scenes that invite us to rest and remember what is true and good. 

Compelled by the love of Christ, I desire to convey His truth, love, and reviving light through my artwork, writing, and the educational resources I create. Each piece is made with the prayer that it will bring encouragement and a quiet reminder of hope into the homes and lives of those who receive it.
